Lovely to meet you
I’m Nicole, a dedicated and empathetic registered clinical counsellor, passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find resilience and alignment within themselves. While working with me, you’ll find that I take a gentle yet direct angle to help you move at your pace while giving an encouraging push to keep you on your path to healing and wholeness.

My Approach:
My commitment to your well-being is driven by a deep understanding of the human experience. I find purpose in helping others and am inspired by the resilience that surfaces even in the face of adversity.

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and experiences. Essentially, you are in the driver’s seat – I am simply holding the map and helping you get where you need to go. This means I will work with you to find a treatment plan that best fits you. Because of this, I don’t hold any expectations on how counselling should look or how long it should take! I bring a multi-theory approach to my work that allows for flexibility and a more personalized experience. I know what it’s like to have a counsellor push an approach onto you even though it doesn’t align with you, so I take extra steps to ensure the process suits you and doesn’t feel forced.

The best healing comes when you feel most comfortable with your counsellor – it really is the most important part of the counselling process. I get that being open and vulnerable with a stranger can be scary and take every step to ensure you feel safe.
