Trauma therapy sounds scary. What can I expect? We understand that the thought of trauma therapy can be intimidating. Our approach is designed to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to help you through the healing process. You can expect a tailored plan that respects your pace and comfort level. We will pull from theories and techniques best suited to you, always keeping in mind this may change throughout our work together - we will be right there to shift and adapt with you.
